Joel Wincowski

President, Founder

Enrollment Strategies and Solutions is owned and led by Joel Wincowski, M.Ed., an enrollment professional with more than 40 years of experience. Joel served for 10 years as an enrollment practice leader with The Registry where he assembled a network of talented affiliates who have assisted him in his enrollment strategies and initiatives.

Enrollment field experience, strong team-based leadership, creative initiatives and marketing campaigns, and simple strategies are the core values that drive success at each campus Wincowski has partnered with.

Throughout his career, Joel has worked for a variety of colleges and universities —urban, rural, public, private, large, and small — creating high-yielding recruitment campaigns specific to each institution.

His groundbreaking work has been reported in The Chronicle of Higher Education, Inside Higher Ed, The Washington Post, and in media outlets across the United States.

Joel holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s of education in Student Personnel Services in Higher Education and Counseling from Springfield College.
